INOX took a lead to transform the way customers interact/transact at cinemas. The company endeavored to integrate innovative digital experiences to ensure a connected and engaging customer experience, business efficiency and business innovation.  
INOX introduced interactive kiosks for tickets, food, and beverages. Customers can browse through different movie options, watch trailers, and buy tickets on the interactive screen. Inside cinemas, the consumers can flash QR Code at the entrance and walk straight to the auditorium. 
Customers have the option to pay through the contactless credit/debit cards or NFC-enabled payment systems for a smooth and hassle-free transaction. They can order food from INOX mobile app while watching a movie and can also pick up their food from counters without standing in queues, or better the food will be delivered to their seat.
