Digital Innovation Strategy 

Tata Communications empowered its partners to sell data over networks to end customers and enable self-service for end-to-end ordering cycle. The company built a partner portal, a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system and integrated it with operational and business support systems.

The project was introduced by Tata Communications for creating a Quote to Cash (Q2C) business cycle of their products, enabling the partners to do self-service. The company plans to generate 25% of its revenue through partners over the next 3 years
