That an organization needs to respond rapidly to changes in the market and customers' requirements and expectations is a given. The question is how? Less than one in ten organizations reports business information in real time, research firm Vanson Bourne found in a survey of 400 corporations in the U.S. At the same time, three out of four said they have too much information flowing through their enterprises to process.
