One of the mega changing trends he extensively spoke of is end-user computing. Though there are constant technology improvements, they have not really changed the regular desktop. Any change in desktop technologies would have widespread and profound implications for enterprise too.
He is confident that cloud computing is the way to go. The companies will have to rethink the way they compute, and the strategies for improving it. “The desktop that we know today is destined to be the future trash box,” he added.
