Naveen Gulati moved from IL&FS Environmental Infrastructure & Services to Lucideus Technologies and joined them as Senior VP and CIO. With a total experience of over 14 years in the industry, Gulati has a deep understanding of supply chain management, sales and service operations, IT services and cyber security. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he specializes in strategic planning, solution platform development and delivery, IT infrastructure, and services management. He has worked in companies such as RICOH and NITT Technologies as well
Mohit Bhishikar has more than 22 years of experience in the industry. His longest stint was as the senior manager at CISCO. In his current role at Tata Technologies, he is responsible for managing the global IT footprint to use innovative technology for growing the business and create new business opportunities. His area of expertise include entperprise mobility, cloud, analytics, social, customer service, BPO, ecommerce, customer experience, supply chain, ERP, and architecture.
Sabyasachi Thakur was the first CIO hired by Parksons Packaging. Prior to joining the Mumbai-based firm, Thakur was CIO at Century Ply. He has more than 15 years of experience in various industries such as financial services, pharma, FMCG and retail. His area of expertise include IT strategy alignment, SAP R3, SAP retail project implementations in supply chain domain, service delivery, IT infrastructure, Business Intelligence, CRM , budgeting , IT Policy and security compliance, handling of IT and business audits , IT procurements and vendor management.
With over 24 years of experience, Vinod Sivarama Krishnan has worked across various sectors such as FMCG, Process Manufacturing, Operational Leasing and Maintenance, Asset Management, Pharmaceuticals and Retail, Consumer Goods and now Telecom. Prior to joining Indus Towers in April last year, he was the head of ecommerce and chief information officer for Usha International. His key areas of expertise are starting up ecommerce within existing businesses, systems M&A, business IT alignment, financial process and systems design and implementation, risk auto-decisioning processes and technology, and process improvement.
Reliance Retail roped in Vikram Idnani, who has over 23 years of experience. Prior to joining Reliance Retail, Idnani worked with Trent as a head of IT and chief ethics counsellor. Idnani specializes in Retail, IT strategy, and Omnichannel strategy with a focus on ecommerce, digital, mobile, business process improvement, program management, change management, strategic outsourcing, and building effective teams. He is also the chairman of technology committee of the retailers association of India.
Venkata Rao Damera has experience across FMCG, agriculture, chemical fertilizers, and IT services sectors. He has managed several projects that include IT, digital, shared services models, and supply chain management process improvement. Prior to joining Emami, he was CIO and group digital head for Godfrey Phillips India. He joined Emami as President of IT in July last year.
