Reducing cost of cloud based home computing in India
Executive Summary
Novatium Solution offers cloud based home computing in India. Users get a NetPC device, which allows them to connect to the Novatium services (applications, videos, etc). To manage these services Novatium required a central server operating system, user login management and user software packages. Novatium decided to build its infrastructure around Novell Open Workgroup Suite, along with Novell Identity Manager and Novell eDirectory to provide control over thousands of users and their access rights.
