Kronos Launches Workforce Management Tool

The colorful interface is an automated process of recording each employee's time and attendance for both daily wage workers as well as professional workers. It enables CIO's in scheduling work hours, manage employee absence and secure the office premises from unwanted visitors and unauthorized employees. The product is optimized with Business intelligence tools that provide analytics on labor, hiring, and costs.
"It is designed to give you both deep functionality and ease of use," added Ain.
Commenting on the recent recession and the job cuts that followed, Ain commented "How do you know you didn't chop off the wrong people? He added that Kronos workforce management would enable CIOs to have a measurable performance evaluation of each worker.
Kronos has 30,000 Million users in the world today. Given the labor landscape in India, they are looking at repeating their success here. Ain believes that the workforce management market in Enterprise space in India in 85 percent unexploited.
Kronos has been operating in India for two years now, with a development centre in Noida and a recently opened office in Bagmare Tech Park in Bangalore.
