Digital Innovation Strategy

The project was about setting up the foundation for a technology based transformational journey for Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited. From a technology standpoint agility of roll out, scalability, and availability were the key KPIs for the project. From a functional standpoint this was a transformation project with focus on standardizing the business processes across different business lines and leveraging the solution for bringing in process efficiencies especially in sales and distribution to improve our customer experience.

The major benefits included standardized business processes across different business lines, and integrated system across business functions, bringing transparency throughout the value chain. The system ensured end-to-end tracking and monitoring of inventory, and complete warranty tracking. This improved the product placement efficiencies and customer experience.
