Digital Innovation Strategy

Tech Mahindra’s in-house project ‘Employee Connect’ is aimed at employee satisfaction and connect across the board, engagement beyond the cubicle, empowering with information, and true mobility via digitization. It revolutionized day-to-day operations for all employees.

As part of this project, two mobile apps were developed. The first one is called the DOVE. This app helped in early connect with new employees, providing them with Tech Mahindra information before they entered the company and smoothens the date-of-joining experience.

It helps in hassle-free first day formalities with the help of a QR code to authenticate the users instead of carrying all the physical documents. It also provides campus navigation to help new employees navigate their way into new campus easily. It brings all this information in a fun gamified manner to the user.

The second deployment, Nemo harnesses the power of social media to empower and inform one lakh-plus strength of Tech Mahindra. It is a portal that sources news from various internal and external channels, and shares with employees to connect, celebrate and collaborate on latest happenings, news, and corporate information across the globe.

The uniqueness of this deployment: It’s the first of its kind covering the entire journey of an employee right from receiving the offer letter till their last day at Tech Mahindra.
