Wockhardt deployed a ‘smart sales ecosystem’ which empowered over 2500 field force ecosystem users to increase their productivity and efficiency with online, real-time information availability for decision making, planning and analytics.
The objective of the project was to automate demand generation and record feedback from a pool of over two lakh doctors and 2500-plus medical representatives. The system provided real-time information to each user category along with their targets. The solution enabled online management review with sales and marketing analysis.
Additionally, the ecosystem helped reduce working fatigue for medical representatives and assisted in closing sales. The project integrated multiple mobile apps like sales booking, approval for special prices, doctors’ call recordings, monthly tour plans, and learning videos.
The smart sales ecosystem made it possible for Wockhardt’s on-ground sales personnel to get feeds of critical information and alerts to help meet their targets and earn higher incentives. The solution eased marketing and sales efforts on analysis, and provided consistent and accurate information to all LOBs – finance, sales, marketing and top management.
