Sutherland’s internal resources were predominantly exposed to small and medium businesses. For a large SaaS-based enterprise client that demanded highly trained resources to be available in a short span of time, the company upskilled its resources, as a result of which the program was launched faster, the learning curve was reduce, and superior customer experience was delivered.
Additionally, the company witnessed improved efficiency with improved costing and the highest ever Net Promoter Score (NPS) at 95 across its enterprise customer base.
