SFDC (Prop Strength) CRM is a system meant to improve internal and external customer experience and increase sales performance and productivity. All customer touch points starting from marketing to pre-sales and from sales to CRM teams, now use a single unified SFDC platform to service Mahindra Lifespaces customers. Data for customer demographics, customer ledgers, customer queries and complaints get recorded centrally.
KRAs such as target sales and target collections are driven through MIS being generated from SFDC. This is a quantum leap to all teams using a common customer servicing platform. Earlier various teams were using individual disconnected systems to service end customers. This leap has led to a sharper focus in sales and collections while providing superior end-customer service.
