Vodafone India launched NEO, a digital platform for customer acquisition, to create digital sales ecosystem and empower end-to-end customer acquisition. NEO allows a customer to book a postpaid SIM online. The SIM is then delivered to the customer at his/her doorstep. NEO is an initiative to provide a seamless hassle-free “zero touch” digital acquisition process supported by logistic systems to deliver and activate SIM with an ability to select a number of choice from the available pool. This also serves as a platform for Vodafone India to promote specialized offerings to its customers. With customer at core, NEO provides a seamless zero touch digital acquisition process.
