Digital Strategy:
A recent workforce transformation for the technology team in India modernized the workspace and increased productivity for all employees working from traditional, physical desktops. Their team eliminated outdated technology and implemented new capabilities that allow more flexibility, mobility and collaboration, with cost savings that equal almost INR 15 Cr.

A full bank desktop environment hosted in the bank’s cloud environment allows accessibility from almost any device no matter the location. To date, many employees have migrated to the new platform, with a 27% increase in productivity.

Telephony and video communications were installed for modern ways to connect and collaborate. More than 100 conference rooms have telepresence capabilities, allowing employees to connect real-time across the globe. An online, collaboration and chat platform maximizes productivity and delivers relevant, impactful interactions for almost all employees with just one click. It has significantly reduced dependency and cost on traditional conference bridges.

A bring-your-own-device (BYOD) program allows email access on personal phones, and the significant adoption rate has led to notable cost savings. A printing software allows employees the ability to send documents to a network of printers, and retrieve print jobs upon scanning their badge. This feature enables more secure printing and reduced operational cost by more than 50%. Environmentally, 4.4MM of paper has been saved annually.
