Wipro re-imagined its travel and reimbursement experience from a user-centric perspective and came up with a personalized and role-based app. Built on Wipro’s Holmes platform (AI), the application uses conversational and contextual user interface to enable the users to complete the entire travel and reimbursement process though self-service. Conceived as mobile-first and cloud-native, this app can be accessed by any device, anywhere, and anytime.
Built on the Wipro Holmes AI platform, the app integrates seamlessly with various enterprise applications, email systems, and various ticketing portals, and guides the user through the entire travel and reimbursement process. Through formless conversation interface it quickly takes in the travel request from the user and then through external API integration shows the relevant flights and hotels. It also integrates with several satellite applications like forex and insurance and finally draws up the entire itinerary along with e-tickets, hotel bookings, forex details, insurance copies, etc.
