The organization implemented ‘Real Time Onboarding’, a strategic program enabling end-to-end, real time paperless onboarding along with instant activation of accounts and services, and instant product fulfilment. This solution ensures customer onboarding within just 15 minutes. This also created an opportunity to open an instant digital account through iPad in India. Also, for KYC complaint existing customers, the bank also offers a full-fledged account on its internet banking channels.
The capability enables customers to instantly open an account using their Aadhaar details through online or mobile interface. The solution encompasses interactive and responsive channels, automated credit decision making, agile workflows and real-time interacting. The solution integrates technology like biometrics, optical character recognition, instant embossing and digital cards.
